Cruise now has DIC and ALK. DIC appear high in all xovers, but not consistently
so: a trend is evident. This trend is large however (~ +4 umol/kg/decade).
Moreover, the biases at xovers are constant over depth, whereas a real trend
would likely evolve from below. I believe an adjustment of -4 is warranted.

Cruise no has DIC and ALK data. ALK data are very compatible the other local
cruises. Larger-scale inversion (e.g., full Soutern Ocean) tend to suggests are
'South-of-Tasmania'-cruises to be adjusted by about +7 umol/kg. That could be an
artifact caused by the thin connections of these 09AR cruises to the global
network. Until evidence to the contrary emerges, I'll assume that ALK is
accurate. Do not adjust.

Both phosphate and silicate have clear and consistent offsets which show they
are 3% too high. Adjust both down 0.97

09AR20080322 - oxygen
One reference cruise (35MF20030123) has a large offset with this cruise but
there are only 3 stations and 9 samples for that reference cruise so I disregard
that result
